1. Booking & Payment
By booking a stay at The Garden House, guests agree to the following terms:
- A confirmed reservation requires payment as specified at the time of booking.
- Rates vary by season and availability.
- Taxes and applicable fees will be added where required.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
2. Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times will be provided in booking confirmation.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on notice period and booking platform policies (if applicable).
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
5. Property Use
Guests agree to:
- Treat the home and furnishings with care.
- Follow all community rules and local regulations.
- Keep noise to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours.
- Supervise children at all times, especially near the hot tub and deck areas.
6. Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas
Use of the hot tub, deck, and outdoor areas is at the guest’s own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Pets
- Up to 2 dogs are permitted with prior approval and applicable fee.
- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
- Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.
8. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
The property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, utility outages, or government restrictions.
10. Agreement
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
